Seeing the individual, not the label
We provide a judgment-free space where young people are defined by their potential, not their challenges.

Judgement-free Support
Our provision supports emotional wellbeing, personal development, and progression into adulthood, education, training, or employment within a calm, supportive, and non-judgemental environment.

Tailored and Individual Focus
Our work is trauma-informed, attachment-aware, and neuro-affirming, making it particularly suitable for young people who may struggle in traditional classroom or workplace settings.

Tools for their future
We support young adults during key transition points, including post-16 pathways, re-engagement with learning, and preparation for employment or further training.

My progress has been life-changing. I’ve tried traditional therapies but Dreams and Wonders created a space where I felt seen, supported, and challenged in all the right ways.

Work Experience Programmes
Alongside wellbeing-focused sessions, our work experience programmes provide meaningful, hands-on opportunities within a real working environment.
Young people gain practical experience in areas such as:
-
Equine care and stable management
-
Yard routines, health and safety, and responsibility
-
Animal-assisted activity support
-
Outdoor, land-based, and wellbeing-focused tasks
-
Teamwork, communication, timekeeping, and confidence building
Programmes are structured, supervised, and tailored to individual needs, strengths, and goals. Placements may be delivered on a 1:1 basis or in small groups and can support education plans, EHCP outcomes, alternative provision, or employability pathways. Where appropriate, experiences can be mapped to personal development targets and entry-level skills development.
